On 24th August 2016 we held our very first Pyjama Onesie Day! The weather had been quite miserable for the previous few weeks so we decided to cheer things up by wearing something warm and cosy to kindergarten. My Tigger onesie is the warmest thing in my wardrobe so it didn’t take me long to decide what to wear. I made a big batch of pikelets with blueberries and maple syrup for our morning tea. We also had hot chocolate which was a real treat. Everyone had a great day playing, painting, dancing and having cosy stories in their pyjamas and onesies.

Investigating Invertebrates
We have recently been studying the amazing creatures in our environment and learning about invertebrates. This has been a journey of exploration and discovery. Everyone was very interested in our new wormery, which will soon be producing some nutrients for our garden. Spring is a time for new growth and we have been planting little vegetable plants in pots, creating an organic garden.
